ABOUT SMASH ECOMMERCE

We bring a huge passion for driving online sales and a desire to help others deliver growth through the phenomenal opportunity ecommerce offers.

Rebecca Randle-Williams founded Smash Ecommerce in 2021 after spending her career delivering online growth and optimisation. She started off at Amazon, working for both the retail and marketplace businesses as a Vendor Manager for Baby and Marketplace Manager for BWS respectively. Rebecca then moved agency side, developing a greater understanding of the Grocery industry and how to sell in category stories through a stint at dunnhumby, before moving to manage the ecommerce analytics business at Brand View (which was later bought by Ascential and became part of EDGE by Ascential). During this time, Rebecca supported dozens of top manufacturers in measuring and optimising their ecommerce performance - including Coca-Cola, PepsiCo, Weetabix, Groupe SEB, Samsung & Sonos. Most recently, Rebecca led the ecommerce business for a major hot beverage manufacturer. This involved recruiting a team from scratch and the development of a successful ecommerce strategy, which resulted in strong above-category growth each year. Rebecca then decided to use her years of experience to help other manufacturers, start-ups and sellers maximise their online revenues and profits.
